ALPS® SFS has superior comfort provided by GripGel. The elasticity of the fabric allows the user excellent freedom of knee flexion. The SFS also achieves secure suspension by sealing with the skin without restricting circulation, while the GripGel sticks to the user's skin without causing shear force.
